  1. III. EXPLORING THE LOCAGO ECONOMY

1. End Users

End users in the LocaGo platform are the most important component in establishing a location-based economy application on Web3, and they are also the customers using products and services from businesses. Consequently, their contributions determine this platform's popularity. LocaGo compensates each contribution fairly and transparently as a decentralized platform.

Users can contribute to building the platform through the following activities to receive LCB points and LCG tokens completely free:

Platform-building activities will receive both LCB and LCG tokens:

  • Purchasing items

  • Using D-LocaVoucher

  • Using business partner vouchers

  • Successfully referring businesses

  • Rating or commenting on business partners

  • Successfully referring a LocaGo app

  • Purchasing products or services within the ecosystem

  • Successfully checking in at various LocaNFTs (Each LocaNFT can only be checked in once)

Note that each day, the user needs to complete at least 1 task to enter the reward pool for LCG token allocation.

Calculation of Weight to Distribute LCG Tokens

Users' platform contributions are measured in Weight (EWE), with each successful action counting as 1 EWE. Additional EWEs can be purchased for the following week at $1 each. Weekly weights are tallied based on user activities or purchased EWEs.

Example: 5 shopping activities + voucher use + 5 LocaNFT check-ins = 10 EWEs. Membership adds to the weight, e.g., $200/year package = 50 EWEs, totaling 60 EWEs. Users need 2 LCBs daily for full LCG; otherwise, they receive 50%.

Membership Packages

LocaGo platform use is entirely free, but users can upgrade by purchasing weights or Membership packages for added benefits.
